Transport price table

*Prices vary depending on the urgency of the transport, the quantity of goods, shared transport and return trips.

How can I save on transport?
By planning ahead you can save on transport. This allows the carrier to organise return trips or shared transport, so the price of your transport will be lower.
What are return trips?
Return trips are journeys on which the carrier makes a delivery and comes back empty. In that case you can get a more favourable price from the carrier.
What is shared transport?
With shared transport it is equally important to inform the carrier as early as possible, so that they can organise transport for several customers. That way several people share the cost of the transport.
Are loading and unloading included in the transport?
The transport price includes help with arranging and securing the goods in the van.
The loading and unloading service is charged from 15 € to 20 €.
How long does loading take?
Loading should be completed within 1 h; if it takes longer, the carrier may charge you for each additional hour of loading.
What is the price of each additional hour of loading?
It varies from carrier to carrier, but is most often between 35 € and 50 €.
When does the loading time start?
The loading time starts when the carrier arrives at the loading location.
Should the goods be prepared before the carrier arrives?
Yes, unless agreed otherwise. It is advisable to prepare the goods near the loading location, so that loading is as fast as possible and any cost that may result from loading taking more than 1 h stays low.
What does the price of van transport depend on?

Every transport is a unique situation: the price depends on the quantity and number of items, their dimensions and whether furniture needs to be disassembled and reassembled at the new address. It also depends on the floor of the home you are leaving and the one you are moving to. It is important to state whether you need help with loading and/or unloading.

• Is there a lift and can it be used?
• From which floor are you moving / to which floor?
• What do you want to transport — weight and volume?
• Do you need movers for loading and unloading?
• From where and to where are you moving?
• Do you need a packing service?
• Do you need furniture disassembly and assembly?

What is a "turnkey" service?
With a "turnkey transport" service, the carrier takes care of everything, from packing your goods to unpacking them at your new address, according to your instructions.
How big are the vans and how much weight can they carry?
Vans generally have around 15 m³ of space, with a payload of up to 1500 kg. You can also request transport by truck if the dimensions of your load are larger.
